Winds Me Up won at Ipswich and later that night his Singapore based geldings Primera Espada and Don’tcallme Uncle completed a double at Kranji.

Primera Espada (5g Stromberg Carlson – Aback by Marauding) was bred and sold by Raheen Stud for $34,000 at the Magic Millions Summer yearling sale.  He was pin-hooked by agent Paul Beamish for the Magic Millions 2YO HIT Sale later that year to make $53,000.

Don’tcallme Uncle (5g Stromberg Carlson – Saljen by Salieri) was also pin-hooked at the 2008 Magic Millions.  Raheen sold him for $20,000 as a yearling and he subsequently changed hands for $42,000 at the same HIT Sale as Primera Espada .

Mymatemarty (4h Stromberg Carlson – Princess Nova by General Nediym) kept the till ticking over when he saluted at Toowoomba on Saturday night, August 13.  He flew home to score by a half-length and trainer Mick Nolan has nominated him to double up at Clifford Park this Saturday.

Nolan also prepared Random Orbit to win at Toowoomba last Saturday.  He was Stromberg Carlson’s sixth winner in 10 days!

Random Orbit (4h Stromberg Carlson – Icemaze by Our Maizcay) has earned over $217,500 in prizemoney for owner-breeder John McKeering and his son Shaun.
